I no longer think that Eddie Cassidy's witness statements are significant in this case, but it is striking that most people find it next to impossible to recall what time something happened.
It is difficult to remember if nothing particular happened that day - but it seems Cassidy's phone records bear out what he did and didn't do. I lean toward thinking Bailey was the killer - hopefully somehow some day it will be solved. Such a terribly upsetting case, always interested in cases from Co.Cork where my dad was born.
